A little about us…

A local destination, just steps away

Our products are varied and unique to Clatsop County. We grow and create nearly everything we sell and it’s all tailored to the local environment and community. We provide classes on how to harvest and utilize produce and flowers grown on our farms and host farm to table dinners featuring local chefs. Come visit us in the fall to check out the Pumpkin Patch. Featured Products & Activities

CSAs are a unique way to support your local farmers and ensure that you have a supply of fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the summer. CSAs are a seasonal, weekly produce box subscription that is paid for at the beginning of the season. We currently have CSA pickups at the farm on Saturday, Seaside Farmer’s Market on Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the Astoria Uppertown Market during the summer.

Easter Egg Hunt

This year we are starting an annual Egg Hunt through the display gardens! This will take place the weekend before Easter on the 11th, 12th, and 13th of April. Entry to participate is $8 per person and if you collect all the eggs there is a prize awaiting at the farm stand. This is a great way to get back outside and welcome Spring while enjoying all the new life around us.

Show someone special in your life some love by sending them a beautiful basket of flowers and maybe even a cardamom roll!
Delivery is available from Cannon Beach to Clatskanie on Mother’s Day Weekend.

Farm to Table Dinners

Join us for a delightful evening with fresh foods, skilled chefs, talented musicians and a beautiful setting.

We like to showcase our produce and flowers with occasional farm to table dinners as the summer progresses. We bring in local chefs who cook a variety of different cuisines to create a remarkable dinner experience unlike anything else around.

Afternoon Tea

Scrumptious baked goods and tea in our beautiful gardens.

We are once again offering afternoon tea service in the Blackberry Bog Farm gardens. Food and tea are made on site by our talented bakers and feature fresh fruit and vegetables straight from the fields. Dates and times will be available for signups once we get closer to nicer weather!

Farm Tours

Want to know more about where your food comes from? Farm tours are offered on Sunday afternoons during the growing season. Tickets cost $20 (per party) and take about an hour.

About the Owner

Scott Thompson always wanted to farm

According to legend, Scott emerged from a potato field and immediately started digging spuds. According to reality, he was a science teacher before deciding he wanted to be a farmer when he grew up. Now he spends his days running the farm, tending to the fields, and working with local businesses to create a farm to table economy in Clatsop County.
