A unique chance to learn how to graft your own apple trees! Each class will be two hours long and will include an introduction to grafting, as well as practical instruction and demonstration of the grafting process. Rootstock and scion wood (the part that determines the variety of apple produced) will be supplied. Varieties to choose from will be scab resistant varietals of apples: the same ones we grow at the farm. At the end of the class you will have five of your very own grafted apple trees to take home.
