Pipicha

Pipicha, also known as Chepiche and a variety of similar sounding names, is a culinary herb native to south and central Mexico. Chepiche has a flavor similar to cilantro, but with a surprising depth and complexity that escapes explanation through the written word. It is often used similarly to cilantro, though it can also be dried for later use. Most commonly it is used to flavor meat dishes, but it pairs well with vegetables as well.
